A Moscatel from two vineyards: one with clay-limestone soil, the other sandy and north-facing. Matured in hundred-year-old 100-litre barrels. The date, honey-sweet apricot and blood orange are accompanied by fine balsamic and medicinal notes. It finishes like a gong, and even the empty glass still exudes its beguiling aroma hours later... 500 bottles were bottled in May 2023.

Unfern der Kreisstadt Palmela, die der für ihre Castelão-Tintos berühmten DOC den Namen leiht, richtete Filipe das Familienunternehmen 2008 neu aus. Frische und Eleganz sind die Kardinaltugenden dieses Weinmachers, der seine verrückte Seite wiederum mit der hauseigenen Kamikaze-Linie auslebt. Die süßen Moscatels hingegen, Klassiker der Region, wissen durch außerordentliche Finesse zu überzeugen.
