Douro Branco Bustorff Ferreira Pardala Branco 2024
Pardala Branco is Bustorff Ferreira’s example of a modern style white wine from the Douro Valley. Its low intervention, and therefore the process of making the wine is as natural as possible.The grapes are harvested per hand in 400m above sea level, from the vineyard where the stocks has an average age of 25 years. Fermentation in steel tanks over 20 days, and then afterwards aged in a steel tank on the lees. Young fresh wine, with a nice well balanced aromatic, fresh fruit, minerality and a nice medium body. Named after Pedro’s youngest donkey Pardala
