Unfortunately, Delaforce did not use the best or the longest corks in the 1980s. As a result, there are always bottles of these wines where some Port has leaked from the cork. With port wine, such small leaks often seal themselves and the wine suffers no further damage. However, such bottles are traded at a slightly lower price.
