Delivery and Payment Terms
Delivery
For orders of €95 and over, the delivery charge is free for deliveries within Germany. We only charge a delivery fee of €5.90 € (DPD and UPS) resp. €7.90 (DHL) for orders under 95 € within Germany.
There is no minimum order quantity.
Your wines will be shipped either by UPS or DHL parcel. For larger quantities, we will arrange with you to provide a delivery by freight company. Regardless of method, the goods are insured during transport.
Delivery time is typically 2-5 business days.
In the case of express delivery, the delivery by UPS will take place on the following working day (Mon-Fri) if you have sent your order by 10 a.m. on working days. The cost for an express delivery is 12.50 € per 24kg (up to 15 75cl standard bottles).
To comply with the "Law on Protection of Minors", we only deliver to persons 18 years old and older.
If you are in Berlin, you can also pick up your wines at our store.
Deliveries to foreign countries are via UPS Ground. The shipping costs depends on the weight of the shipment. They are calculated automatically and given to you before sending the order. Depending on the destination country, the price is (in EUR):

Payment
You can choose between the following payment methods:
Prepayment
After receipt of your order you will receive a confirmation of receipt. Please transfer the total amount shown there to our bank account (Postbank Berlin, DE72 1001 0010 0491 6001 06). As soon as the amount has been credited to our account, we will ship your wines.
PayPal (not all countries)
With a PayPal account you can pay fast and secure.
Credit Card (Visa, Master, AmEx)
When you submit your credit card details, we will charge it immediately after billing and before the goods are shipped.
giropay (Germany only)
With the giropay payment method, you use the familiar online banking procedure of your bank. Sensitive data is thus only exchanged between you and your bank.
Invoice (Germany only)
Starting from your third order, you can receive delivery on account. Please pay the invoice within 14 days of receipt of goods.
