Barbeito 30 Years Old Tinta Negra "O Engenheiro"
The backbone of this sweet Tinta Negra blend is formed by some semi-dry vintages from the 1990s. They counteract the acidity and extreme sugar content of the 1954 vintage. Everything is balanced by 100 litres of 1952, bottled back in 1996. This is great cellar mastery, hence the wine's nickname, ‘O Engenheiro’. In April 2024, 600 units were bottled.
