A wine can hardly grow closer to the Atlantic than in the vineyards of Vinha da Laje in the north-west of the island. This dry Sercial was pressed as a whole bunch and matured for seven years in single barrels in the slightly warmer warehouse D. Fresh, very lively acidity and great length. Only 1014 units were bottled in November 2024.
