Infantado Douro Red Wine 2021
The entry level red wine from Infantado, made with grapes from parcels in higher altitude from schisty soil. The wine goes through a short fermentation followed up by aging in steel tanks.
A fresh more elegant Douro red, but still with the charactaristic dark red forrest berry notes, with a certain freshness. A medium body and refined tannins. A perfect match for grilled meats, and earthy notes to support lamp chops. Best served chilled at a tempurature of 16 degrees
