This blend from the Lisbon region is a real catch! After a manual harvest, the grapes (Touriga Nacional, Castelao and Syrah) are co-fermented and then ripened in steel tanks for 6 months.
The wine has a cranberry bouquet with hints of cherry and pomegranate. The taste profile is a mineral mixture with notes of olives and bay leaf.
This is a nice pub wine and goes well with a juicy bacon burger.
