Quinta do Noval Black Port Ruby Reserve
Made from the ‘Big Five’ grape varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Francesa, Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cão and Sousão. Half of the grapes are foot-treaded in the lagar, and the wine is aged for two to three years in steel tanks and large wooden casks. Deep dark in colour, full of fruit, with a distinctly silky finish. Best enjoyed slightly chilled; also brilliant in cocktails.
