The grapes for this robust white wine, made from the Douro trio of Gouveio, Rabigato and Viosinho, come from small plots scattered throughout the Cima Corgo region. Aged sur lies in steel tanks for four months. Bold minerality, stone fruit and tropical fruit – a powerful white. Wonderful with a Caprese salad or pizza.
