JP Azeitão Branco 2025 Setubal White wine
The aromatic entry level white wine from Bacalhôa, is a blend of two local grape varities in Setubal. The wine consist of 55% Moscatel de Setubal (Moscatel Graudo) and 45% Fernão Pires. Harvest takes place in two rounds, with the Fernão Pires in end of August, and the Moscatel in the first two weeks of September. Vinification takes place seperatly, in order to preserve the primary aromas of each grape variaty
Light citrus color with a very intense aromatic nose. Clear notes of citrus fruits, Pineapple and honeymelon. Fresh medium bodied wine, with a medium acidity. A perfect match for dishes with white fish served with citrus, or balsamic salads. Best served at 8-10 degrees.
