Half of this young blend of Malvasia Fina, Gouveio, Rabigato and Códega is fermented on the skins. It is then aged for two to three years in large wooden casks and steel vats. Lots of light stone fruit, a hint of mint, very creamy. Chilled, it makes a wonderful aperitif!
