Lacrau Colheita Branco is a polished white wine with fine minerality, fruit aromas of citrus and hints of tropical fruits. A field blend of the five autochthonous grape varieties Rabigato, Codega, Viosinho, Verdelho and Moscatel Galego Branco growing on a high plateau around Favaios and Alijo on slate soils.
Fits fried and steamed fish and poultry, e.g. red mullet with lemon fennel and buttered gnocchi.
