It doesn't get more mineral than this: Magma Verdelho 2021 from the Azores
From the Verdelho grape from volcanic soils on the island of Terceira. Small piled-up stone walls protect the vines from the strong Atlantic winds, known as curraletas. Hand-picked, fermented for over 20 days and aged on the fine lees for five months. Overly pronounced salty minerality on the nose, with rough acidity and maximum freshness. Hardly any fruit, very steely. Perfect with oysters! Only 3.333 bottles.
