Single Harvest Tawny Port 2001 from Graham's
The year 2001 is fondly remembered in the Douro, as it was then that the venerable wine region was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. To celebrate, the traditional house of Graham's is now releasing a Single Harvest Tawny Port (bottled exclusively in 2025 for its circle of brand ambassadors). With underlying primary fruit notes of quince and lemon; on the palate, lots of caramel, honey and toffee, distinctly nutty. Wonderfully mouth-filling and harmonious – worthy of the unique Douro Valley.

PORTUGAL
Now in its fifth generation, the British-Portuguese Symington dynasty is one of the few names in the Douro region synonymous with the highest quality port wine. The family banner unites venerable houses such as Dow's, Graham's and Warre's – a heritage that comes with a responsibility. But new paths are also being taken, for example in the joint venture with French Bordeaux legend Bruno Prats, who produces a top-class international wine at Quinta da Roriz with his Chryseia.
