Weingalerie is since October 1986 your specialist in import and trade of Portuguese wines.
In our more than thirty-years of discovery, we have visited not only Alentejo, Douro and Vinho Verde, but also Tras-os-Montes, Setúbal, Madeira and many other wine-growing regions. In the process, we got to know a large part of the Portuguese wine scene, tasted countless wines - outsortet a lot, and became enthusiastic about some. The winemakers who stand behind their wines with passion and leisure have often not only become business partners, but also long-time friends.

More than a hundred different grape varieties can still be found on the Douro. Of the approximately 80 varieties approved for red port and wine, predominantly five (in italics in the table) are used in new plantings.
